Accessible Housing Consultation and Training
We have an accessible housing crisis in Canada and you can be a part of the solution! The rapidly growing aging population and increase in disability prevalence requires more affordable, accessible and sustainable housing options for Canadians. For developers, builders, renovators, or designers, our accessibility consultation and training can increase your market reach to include older adults and the 22% of Canadians who identify as having a disability.
Accessible Housing Standard
The Canadian Standards Association (CSA) is currently developing an Accessible Housing Standard to help guide design and construction of new and existing housing. Marnie Courage, Enabling Access's CEO is on the technical committee for this standard and continues to provide education to renovators, developers, designers and others in the area accessible design and home modifications.

We can review drawings, conduct mid-construction site visits, and post-occupancy evaluations. Our inclusion specialists collaborate with your team and are international accessibility professionals providing services across Canada. Bring more value to your clients by engaging us in your process.
